The Innovation Fit Assessment is based on the established 7-S logic for a holistic perspective on strategic, organizational, and cultural factors. We consider innovations in interaction with the existing organization, its processes, and decision-making structures, and transparently show how feasible an idea really is.

Our model combines qualitative interviews with a standardized questionnaire and an assessment tool that makes the results measurable. Each assessment results in a "basic position" that reflects the maturity and fit of an innovation with the business model.
