At 4C, we focus on you from day one. We believe in encouragement, motivation and support to help you reach your full potential.
Two mentors will guide you through your journey with us. Your buddy is your personal mentor who is there to answer all your informal questions and provide you with support whenever you need it. Your project manager is your professional mentor, and they will help you navigate your introduction to the 4C organization and support your development in project work.
Our support meetings are held quarterly to help you with your individual development and prepare you for the next level.
We tailor your career path to your personal goals, and we understand that everyone has a different pace. There is no "up or out" policy with us.
Our talent factory offers 8 to 12 training days per year to develop your methodological skills, professionalism, leadership skills, personal growth, and client management. Our internal 4C basic training ensures the transfer of knowledge within the organization.
Your learning curve will be steep. You will work in small project teams, take on responsibilities, and work directly with experienced colleagues, often from your second day onwards. You will have the opportunity to meet with your manager at least four times a year to discuss your personal development.

At 4C, we take pride in our Women@4C network, which was established by and for women to foster exchange, networking, and professional development opportunities for our female consultants.
Our network is based on three pillars:
1. Enabling and encouraging exchange: We facilitate open discussions and idea-sharing on various topics, including challenging project situations and best practice approaches for female consultants.
2. Imparting knowledge: Through "learning bites," we offer training sessions to help our members build and utilize networks, among other skills.

At 4C, we offer a unique opportunity for our consultants and partners to connect in a relaxed and intimate setting through our "Fireside Chats" events.
This format allows for open and informal discussions in the cozy atmosphere of the host partner's home, facilitating exchanges on professional, organizational, and personal topics. Alongside engaging conversations, attendees enjoy delicious food and drinks, and have the chance to connect with each other in a more personal way outside of the usual work environment.

Peer Exchange - Consulting exchange across all fields of competence
At 4C, we prioritize the growth and development of our consultants through our Peer Exchange program. This special initiative is designed by consultants for consultants, allowing participants from diverse levels of experience (from students to junior consultants to managing consultants) to connect and exchange ideas on professional topics, everyday challenges, and interesting experiences and concepts.
Our regular meetings take place via video conference, connecting our four office locations for seamless communication. To ensure all voices are heard, topics are democratically decided via a virtual vote prior to each meeting, with attendees given the opportunity to suggest topics and guest speakers, such as managers or partners.

Claudia Irsfeld has more than 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources and Professional Recruiting. She is as an authorized office responsible for human resources at 4C. In addition, she participates in selected client assignments and therefore has a sound understanding of every day consultant's life. She focuses on recruiting & onboarding as well as leadership, coaching & training.
Nadine Dodl has a total of more than 10 years of professional experience in the areas of office management and human resources. Her focus is on onboarding, offboarding as well as personnel support. Furthermore, she is responsible for the 4C FOOTSTEPS foundation and supports the board members as well as the 4C team.
Christina Staudinger is responsible for recruiting students in the Human Resources department. In addition to recruiting, her focus is on student support and employer branding.
Joline Streich supports our HR team from the Dusseldorf office. Her focus is on recruiting permanent employees, from Junior Consultants to Senior Consultants. She also ensures a smooth start at 4C GROUP by assisting with HR administration, especially the onboarding process.
