In addition, she participates in selected client assignments and therefore has a sound understanding of every day consultant's life. She focuses on recruiting & onboarding as well as leadership, coaching & training.
Nadine Dodl has a total of more than 10 years of professional experience in the areas of office management and human resources. Her focus is on onboarding, offboarding as well as personnel support. Furthermore, she is responsible for the 4C FOOTSTEPS foundation and supports the board members as well as the 4C team.
Christina Staudinger is responsible for recruiting students in the Human Resources department. In addition to recruiting, her focus is on student support and employer branding.
