From master student to manager

Your way to 4C?
I had my first contact with 4C through a guest lecture during my master studies. When my studies were slowly coming to an end and I was thinking about my master's thesis, I was once again made aware of 4C by my professor at the time. And then everything went really quickly: I had a first meeting with one of the senior partners, in which we exchanged ideas and goals for my thesis and less than 4 weeks later we had worked out an exciting topic.
While working on my master's thesis, I had the opportunity to gain insights into many different areas of 4C but since I prefer to gain first-hand experience, I decided to do a 3-month internship after finishing my master's thesis, during which I was allowed to support a project in the pharmaceutical industry. After a short time, it was clear to me that the work was exactly what I had imagined and that a permanent position at 4C after graduation was exactly the right thing for me!
And since November 2019 I support our Competence Center IT Management & Innovation as a consultant and I have already been able to gather many great experiences and impressions during this time.
 
What makes working at 4C special for you?
What makes 4C special for me is the high level of professionalism, whether it's the onboarding on the first day, the regular and structured exchange with HR in the first few months, and the wide variety of training measures that help especially young employees to familiarize themselves with new topics. I also particularly appreciate the collegial and family-like atmosphere, which I experienced during my time as a master's student and again as a consultant. Here, everyone is welcomed warmly and is an integral part of the 4C family from the very beginning!
