What excites me about my area of focus?

What fascinates me about transformation is that companies today operate in an environment of constant change. Markets, technologies, and customer expectations are continuously evolving - and that is exactly where transformation begins. I especially enjoy supporting companies in strategically repositioning themselves and not only designing change, but also implementing it sustainably.

What does being a TRUE CHARACTER  mean to me?

For me, being an "TRUE CHARACTER" means staying authentic and not conforming to the traditional consultant stereotype, but consciously bringing your own personality into your work. It means working with a clear mindset, taking ownership, and standing behind the topics you are responsible for. At the same time, it means creating real impact for the client - not only through strong analytical skills, but above all through the ambition to deliver sustainable added value. For me, this also includes not just developing concepts for change, but implementing them together with the client.
