Christopher Kaetz brings ten years of experience in the energy sector. Previously, he worked in management consulting for IT organisations, with a particular focus on IT strategy, operating models, sourcing and migrations during ongoing operations. Today, he draws on this experience to help manage technical and organisational change in network operations.
As a Principal in Energy Networks Transformation, he is responsible for building this advisory practice at 4C GROUP – from shaping the CTO agenda and developing the service portfolio to the Energy Networks Transformation Check.
