Various studies show that there are always difficulties in the co-operation between innovation and specialist departments. We have therefore investigated the following research question in collaboration with Münster University of Applied Sciences: How can a balance be achieved between the freedom and creativity of innovation departments and successful collaboration with specialist departments from the core business?
