What makes working at 4C special for you?
What I find particularly exciting is the combination of project work with our clients and the opportunity to get involved internally, both within my consulting practice and across 4C. This allows me to contribute my own ideas, help shape topics and develop both professionally and personally. The 4C Academy also plays an important role in this: Every two weeks, dedicated time is set aside to discuss topics from our day-to-day consulting work, explore different perspectives and reflect on our own roles. In addition, the strong sense of teamwork can be felt across all locations, making me feel part of one large team.
What excites me about my area of focus?
HR management has become increasingly important as a strategic function for companies in recent years. At the same time, technological developments are creating new opportunities to make HR processes more efficient. Yet people remain at the heart of it all. It is precisely this combination of strategic challenges, technological innovation and the human factor that makes this field particularly exciting for me.
What does being a TRUE CHARACTER mean to me?
Being a TRUE CHARACTER means bringing my personality, ideas and strengths to the table while always remaining authentic. At the same time, it means being a team player, working together to develop solutions and supporting one another as a team. Throughout it all, our clients remain at the center of what we do.

My greatest passion is football. Although playing myself has taken a bit of a back seat in recent years, I still follow as many matches as possible – from amateur to professional football.
