From Working Student to Junior Expert HR

What makes working at 4C special for you?
I'm fortunate to be able to work in various areas within the HR and recruiting spectrum. I owe this to the open and supportive attitude of my team, which always takes the time to consider my preferences. This gives me the opportunity to familiarize myself with new areas of responsibility and to continuously develop myself.

Your path to 4C?
After my internship in recruiting, I knew I wanted to build my professional future in HR. However, since pure recruitment didn't offer me enough variety, I decided to gain further experience as a working student in HR and recruiting. I enjoyed this role so much that after completing my bachelor's degree, I decided to transition directly into a permanent position.

What does it mean to me to be a TRUE CHARACTER?
For me, being a true character means being authentic and straightforward. It's about saying what you think and doing what you say-without pretending to be someone you're not. It's also about taking responsibility, being reliable, and admitting when things aren't perfect. At the same time, it's important to treat others with respect and not compromise your principles just to please someone else.
