Sometimes, it takes courage to consciously choose a different path. I deliberately decided to leave a large international consulting firm behind and join 4C GROUP AG
- because personal and professional growth matter more to me than a well-known name on a business card. At 4C, I found both: a strong cross-regional network and genuine closeness with my colleagues.

What excites me about my area of focus?

What excites me most about my area of expertise? Change often creates uncertainty - and that is exactly where I come in. I am passionate about not simply confronting people with change, but truly preparing and guiding them through it step by step. Seeing people grow through transformation instead of struggling with it is, for me, the real value of my work.

What does being a TRUE CHARACTER  mean to me?

Being an "TRUE CHARACTER" means understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all approach. To me, it means finding the right solution for every person and every situation - individually, honestly, and on equal footing. At the same time, I strongly believe that the best results come from teams that know their strengths and openly acknowledge their weaknesses. Authenticity and team spirit do not contradict each other - they belong together.
