What makes working at 4C special for you?
As someone who has returned to 4C, I particularly appreciate the people at 4C and the opportunities, freedom, and support for personal and professional development. The ever-changing projects, customers, and challenges allow you to grow and ensure that it never gets boring. At the same time, there is no shortage of fun and laughter. That's what makes the difference for me.
What does being a TRUE CHARACTER mean to me?
For me, being a real person means having clear values and standing by them – even when it's uncomfortable. It means being honest and transparent without losing respect for others. And above all, it means approaching people and challenges with curiosity and openness without losing your own identity.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling and discovering foreign countries, cultures, and languages. As a foodie, cuisine is always very important to me!
