What makes working at 4C special for you?
4C is proof that respectful personal interaction, maximum internal transparency, trust in employees and business success can go hand in hand. The fact that more than 30% of our managers have been with 4C for more than 15 years and that I am just in the middle of the pack after 6 years says it all.
From my point of view, we are exactly the right size to have a highly professional and economically secure workplace and, on the other hand, to have real freedom to create and develop.
When I hear reports among my friends about employers blocking issues such as part-time work or parental leave, I can only shake my head. At 4C, we don't just talk about "Family Business 2.0", we live it. In open and honest communication, we find a way that suits all sides.
The fact that we as a company only offer and sell projects which we are honestly convinced of having the necessary competences for completes the positive overall package for me!

My claim is to generate a real added value for my customers with methodical and professional competence. The customer can expect to be able to discuss and be advised at eye level.
