What makes working at 4C special for you?
At 4C, I have the opportunity to develop in many directions within a short time - professionally, in client interactions, and personally. What I especially appreciate is the combination of exciting challenges in everyday project work and the ability to maintain a good work-life balance. The 4C Academy supports this especially during the first two years with an engaging training program that not only lays the foundation for consulting practice but also strengthens the connection with other consultants.
Your path to 4C?
After completing my Master's degree in Management, I knew I wanted to start my career in consulting. Following a quick and very pleasant recruiting process, 4C won me over with its authenticity, professional depth, and genuine team spirit. A former fellow student had already shared enthusiastic stories about her time at 4C - and she wasn't exaggerating: Since joining as a Consultant, I've been working on exciting projects, learning something new every day, and actively contributing.
