This is precisely where Focke Meyer’s strength lies: with more than 30 years of experience, he combines conceptual depth with business and technical implementation expertise—from requirements engineering and system integration to the implementation and embedding of solutions in day-to-day operations.

He has been with 4C GROUP since 2004 and a Partner since 2008. In this role, he is responsible for winning, leading and delivering client projects and plays a key role in shaping the BI & Analytics and Corporate Functions Competence Centers. He also oversees the company’s internal IT and the development of AI solutions for both internal use and 4C GROUP’s consulting business, bringing first-hand leadership experience in IT governance and implementation.

In his work, it is important to him to truly understand his clients’ businesses—their products, services, structures, culture and challenges. This curiosity and willingness to treat clients’ problems as his own shape his consulting approach, particularly when working with mid-sized and family-owned companies.
