What makes working at 4C special for you?
You learn incredibly quickly - and not just professionally, but also as a team. From day 1, I was really taken on board, became part of the team and was given responsibility without being left alone. I particularly appreciate the open, helpful culture: everyone has an open ear and is happy to pass on their knowledge. Employee development is very important here. Your path to 4C?
I started with an apprenticeship as a real estate agent and realized for the first time how exciting I found accounting-related topics. I quickly realized that this was just the beginning. I therefore studied Finance & Accounting intensively during my business studies - and it became a real passion during my Master's degree in Finance & Accounting. When I saw the job advertisement from 4C, I immediately had a good feeling and knew that this could be just the right thing for me. After the first interview, it was clear that it was a good fit both personally and professionally - and a short time later I was part of the 4th generation.
ECHTE TYPEN persönlich
I enjoy cooking and love trying out new restaurants - good food is part of my life. In my free time, I'm out and about a lot, whether it's spinning, traveling or hiking in the great outdoors. It's the best way for me to switch off.
