NORMA Group is an international market leader in advanced joining technology for clamps, connectors and fluid handling.
The initial situation
Until then, the Group had been organized on a decentralized basis and managed on a regional basis. In the course of digitization, the focus was on the question of what potential was available in the area of finance in order to be able to communicate a clear vision and roadmap internally in the regions and to the Executive Board.
The goal was the fundamental elaboration of the "value proposition" of the finance sector and, based on this, the core fields of action for the next 5 years.
Execution of a series of workshops "Digital Agenda 2025" with the following steps:
Vision | External requirements of stakeholders | Internal requirements of Finance | Fields of action and measures. Subsequent coordination of all results with Finance, IT, Sales Controlling, Procurement and Logistics. Clustering of measures into project packages and creation of a roadmap.
Creation of a decision template with prioritization of the project clusters, list of the necessary internal capacities and the respective project dependencies
The benefits for the customer
The transparent presentation of the options made it clear to everyone which basic tasks had to be fulfilled primarily before end-to-end digitization could be talked about. On the one hand, this took the pressure out of internal discussions about digitization, while at the same time providing a clear vision and a concrete process model in this direction.

A solution not only depends on theory, but more than that on a deep understanding of our clients' organization and the ability to adapt.
