Bjoern - Senior Consultant

At the end of 2015, I became aware of 4C's high-profile, medium-sized management consultancy through the Career Fair of the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Then everything went very fast. Within less than two weeks, I decided to join the consulting team at 4C. It went so fast, because the application process was professional, fast but also personal and I was given a coherent picture. The decisive point for the signature were the authentic and very good (but also demanding) talks.

After working as a consultant in January 2016, my first project started after about four weeks with a kick-off in the Messeturm together with the customer. Since then, I am constantly on the road with customers. Meanwhile I am in the sixth project with the fourth customer. For example, I was able to get to know a globally active manufacturer of electrical appliances as well as national financial service providers. At 4C, I had to take responsibility for the customer from day one. In my opinion, this is where you grow up with your tasks, above all because the managers or project managers always look over your shoulder and are available for questions and feedback. In this way, I gained extensive knowledge in various business areas and developed solutions together with my colleagues and customers. The learning curve is very steep as expected. In the end it is always very satisfying to see the results in the operationalization or implementation.

Meanwhile, I took the first career step at 4C and was promoted to Senior Consultant at the end of 2017. Thus, I assume more responsibility at the customer site, but also internally.

I usually see my colleagues on Fridays in the office or at one of the numerous internal and external trainings in one of our offices, as I usually travel four days a week. I very much appreciate the exchange with my colleagues. I have a very collegial, solidary relationship with them. With some even a friendly relationship. In addition to the training I already had the opportunity to attend three individual trainings (with two certifications) in my area of interest. So it stays exciting and I can continue my education.
