Management requirements in health care facilities are increasing in almost all areas of the hospital. Due to increasing cost pressure, changes in the labor market and political objectives, the need for action is increasing. Transparency in terms of human resources issues and active personnel management of these challenges are thus becoming increasingly important for clinics. Many managements therefore want a comprehensive control mechanism or a control instrument which provides them with reliable, timely and as efficient as possible meaningful and meaningful information.
In the initial workshop "Implementing Personnel Management in Practice", an overview of the current challenges in the area of personnel management is to be worked out in a constructive working atmosphere. Findings from the individual practice of the houses as well as compiled best practice solutions are to be introduced and discussed by the participants.
