The personal and professional development of our employees is very important to us. With a mix of internal and external trainings, we proceed very individually to your requirements. We make sure that the selection of courses and projects is individualized and helps you to tap your full potential.

Our first training is called the basic training e.g. interview and presentation or facilitation training. We also have specialized professional trainings.

The following trainings will focus on the expansion of the acquired professional knowledge and the development of your interpersonal skills.

We also have internal trainings to ensure knowledge transfer within the 4C. These are for example our 4C controller workshops.

As a special incentive we offer financial and professional support for your university degree or your promotion as part of our 4C Fellowship program.
